OUR PROCESS

We've made the building process a simple and enjoyable one - using a 5 step process that's available to everyone.

This step allows us to get to know you and helps you to understand our process better. Here we will discuss your needs and requirements so we know exactly what we can do for you to ensure we can provide the best possible service.

Once we understand your needs, you will get to sit down with our architect to design your home. This is your opportunity to make your future home truly yours, as custom-built homes allow for endless possibilities. If you have your own plans, you're already one step ahead.

This step allows us to put together everything you have worked on into a tailor-made package to suit you. This includes going over the finalised architectural plans and incorporating all the inclusions you want for your new home. We do provide a list on inclusions as a guide however we invite you to add in anything you want to truly make this new home as unique as you.

Once all the approvals have come back then your construction journey with us begins. We will keep you close with us throughout all stages of construction from the laying of the slab, to erecting the frame to handing over your home to you. answer to this item. You are also welcome to attend critical stage inspections with us, as well as make appointments to come and have a look at the progress of your new build.

Once construction is complete, we will visit your new home with you and walk you through the end result . The site manager will provide you with all the required information and answer any questions you have. Once you move in we will check up on you after a few weeks to see how you have settled into your new home.
